After having two other HVAC companies come out, I was told my 10+ year-old system needed to be completely replaced. Neither company took the time to properly troubleshoot or diagnose... read more the issue they simply recommended a new system and quoted me nearly $20,000 for the installation.
Wanting another opinion, I called 74 Degrees Heating & Air, and I'm so glad I did. Their responsiveness was incredible. I called around 3:00 PM, and by 3:30 PM, Isaac and Flavio were already at my home.
I explained my experience with the other companies and made it clear that my goal was to keep my current system if at all possible. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit, they took the time to perform a thorough diagnostic and identify the actual problem. Once they found the issue, they gave me two honest options: repair my existing system or receive a quote for a new one. There was absolutely no pressure either way.
I chose to repair my system, and by 6:30 PM my air conditioner was running perfectly again saving me nearly $20,000. To make the experience even better, they backed their repair with a 6-month warranty, giving me complete peace of mind.
I recently purchased this home, and the previous owners had told me the AC had never worked properly.
Thanks to Isaac, Flavio, and the entire team at 74 Degrees, it's finally working the way it should.
If you're looking for an HVAC company with integrity, honesty, and technicians who genuinely care about finding the right solution instead of the most expensive one, I highly recommend 74 Degrees Heating & Air. Thank you again for the outstanding service!
