An A/C tune-up includes the following services:
- Inspect coolant levels & pressure
- Check thermostat
- Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
- Inspect the evaporator coil
- Inspect the condensate drain
- Inspect outdoor disconnect
- Inspect the condenser fan motor & blades
- Inspect compressor at startup
- Wash coil
- Wash, Vacuum, or Clean the Blower

When completed, you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
A Furnace tune-up includes the following services:
- Lubricate motor bearings and other moving parts
- Check and adjust the fan belt tension
- Voltage and current checks
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Test exhaust system
- Inspect and clean the burner
- Verify and adjust gas pressure
- Test ignition system
- Check connections to gas or oil lines
- Test and verify system controls
- Inspect the condensate drain and clear, if needed
- Clean the interior and exterior of the furnace
- Change air filter
- Test carbon monoxide levels
- Inspect and calibrate the thermostat
(This plan will not cover any Free diagnostics and repairs. Once the Tune-Up Specials have been used for the year, you can continue to use the additional perks and services for any unit within your home. You can use the 3% off on diagnostic, repairs, and replacement within your home. This maintenance plan is good for 1 year from the date of purchase, after a year the plan will be expired.)

- If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately.
- Additional work requests, modifications, or HVAC system upgrades other than what is stated on this estimate/invoice are not covered and are subject to additional fees and price adjustments.
